So You Think You Can Dance???

So for my birthday my mom suprised me with tickets to see the top 12 perform in Salt Lake. I was so stinkin' excited when I got the tickets. I didn't care where the seats were. So we left early last Tuesday to come home and pack and get ready. We stopped and ate dinner before the show at the Cheesecake Factory (if you've never eaten there, I HIGHLY recommend it!) and of course didn't leave without having a large piece of cheesecake. I had a slice of dutch apple strueselle (can't spell) and it was amazing. Best dessert I have eaten in a VERY long time. Then it was off to the show. I thought that our seats were in the nose bleed section, so I didn't even bother taking my camera in. Then when we got in the building and got to where our seats were I was soooo ticked off that I didn't take my camera. We were on the FLOOR!!!!! And we could see really good. I was so depressed and upset for the twenty minutes before the show started. Then when the performance started I wasn't depressed anymore because it was so amazing. The dancers were so good and I cheered so loud. You'd think I was at a concert or something. It was alot of fun and I'm glad that my mom bought me the tickets. Then we stayed at my Aunt Susie's because we were getting up "early" to go to the Holy Cow boutique. For those of you who don't know what that is, let me give a brief run down as it was my first year... it is a huge craft sale in a building in Pleasant Grove. It is aisle's of all these homemade crafts that you can buy. And some delicious food and treats to take home also. There were alot of people with strollers and it was kinda annoying with the big bulgy one's, but I got over it. In the end, I spent WAY too much money, but it was alot of fun. I went with my Aunt's and a couple of their friends. We went to lunch at Cafe' Rio and then ended up splitting up and Susie, my mom and I went our merry way and did a little more shopping and then we all pooped out at Susie's house and ended our day with a drive home. I was soooo tired when we got home that I completely crashed and slept like a rock. But if any of you ever get a chance to see So You Think You Can Dance, eat at the Cheesecake Factory or go to the Holy Cow, please tell me if you are dissappointed because I was highly entertained and had a great time. I will not regret my experience one bit!
